As a kid, Kate's dad would tell her "Don't wiggle. Don't change the plan." Her always response of "Yeah, but I thought of a better idea!" foreshadowing her instinct to be an active participant in her evolution, attuned to the why and malleable to the how. Never letting anything sit stagnant, themes the foundation of everything she builds and creates now.

Kate is a creative producer, consultant and entrepreneur, and multi-hyphenate artist. She's the founder of 6'2 Productions, her production company, and ME³, a creative method that helps high performance creators optimize their Creative Conscious™. Kate hosts Authenticated, a podcast exploring the intersection of authenticity, creative thinking and artistry, and serves as Co-President of JHRTS-NY.

Kate's ME³ work came from translating her decade+ practiced acting method into a universal creative thinking process. It inspires clients into their patterns of thinking that feel the best and generate higher creative output. Acting taught her play and presence. Consulting revealed her magnet for creative optimization. Producing instilled the strategy of empowering great talent to do their best work and the balance of business and creativity.
